Provides a directory of national, state, and local programs and services to support recovery, rehabilitation and community reintegration for military service members, veterans, their families, and caregivers. Helps connect individuals to a range of services and resources, including substance use disorder (SUD) treatment and recovery support.

The National Resource Directory's (NRD) services include:

  • Directory of resources and providers with descriptions, location, and contact information for each resource
  • Resources searchable by city, state, zip code, and subject, including:
    • Healthcare, including resources related to substance use disorder treatment and recovery support services
    • Housing and homeless assistance
    • Education, training, and employment
    • Benefits and compensation
    • Family and caregiver support
    • Transportation
  • Function that allows users to add and update resources to the directory
  • Partnership with organizations that share NRD's mission and offer support to service members and veterans
  • News stories on issues relevant to veterans, service members, families and caregivers
