Funds for training and technical assistance to help tribal communities plan, create, and operate programs to address criminal cases of child abuse and neglect, especially cases of child sexual abuse and exploitation. Funds trauma-informed activities and services, including outreach and awareness efforts, victim assistance, and emergency services for children and family members.
