Supports businesses and organizations seeking to recruit, hire, retain, and advance qualified people with disabilities in their workplaces. Serves as a centralized hub with tools, resources, and publications on topics related to disability and employment, including disability laws, regulations, and requirements; creating an accessible workplace; neurodiversity; and other issues.

Offers free, confidential, one-on-one consulting services on workplace accommodations and disability employment issues for employers, employees, job seekers, and service providers. Serves as a leading source of information on disability and workplace accommodation and features a variety of tools, resources, training, and publications to support a disability-inclusive environment.
