Describes demonstration projects across the country within or near communities with a high concentration of public and low-income housing. EnVision Centers serve as a centralized hubs providing resources and tools to help individuals and families in HUD-assisted housing become more self-sufficient. Develops partnerships among a variety of public and private agencies and organizations at the federal, state, and local level to support residents in the four key areas of economic empowerment, educational advancement, health and wellness, character and leadership.
