Funds to support strategic planning and development to improve tribal justice systems, public safety, and community wellness. Supports plans to address violent crime and illegal use of substances, including opioids and stimulants. Offers training and technical assistance to assist communities and law enforcement with the planning process and provide services to victims of child abuse, domestic and/or dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. Part of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Coordinated Tribal Assistance Solicitation (CTAS).

Includes implementing or enhancing prevention strategies, criminal investigations, crime control activities, community policing strategies, and efforts to reduce illicit drug use, including methamphetamine and opioid use. Part of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Coordinated Tribal Assistance Solicitation (CTAS).
