Description
Serves as a Rural Opioid Technical Assistance Regional Center (ROTA-R) in the Midwest region of the U.S. Develops training, best practices, and provides technical assistance related to opioids, stimulants, prevention, treatment, and recovery. Supports rural communities in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska.

The Midwest Community-University Networking Center for Behavioral Health can provide:
- Training and technical assistance
- Access to a resource clearinghouse focusing on opioids, stimulants, and other behavioral health issues
Who Can Receive Services from This Program
Eligible participants are healthcare providers, local community leaders, and organizations addressing or seeking to address SUD in their communities.
