Court Pandemic Response and Recovery Grant Program

Supports projects that strengthen the operations of state courts as they respond to and recover from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the justice system. Focuses on projects that address system change and the future of court operations by institutionalizing and replicating practices that have been implemented during the pandemic. Seeks to enhance access and fairness for courts and court users by promoting practices such as case triage and the use of technology for online dispute resolution (ODR), portal development, virtual hearings, and other innovations to conduct court business remotely.

COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL)

Provides low-interest loans and loan advances to assist small businesses, agricultural businesses, and nonprofit organizations facing economic impacts and a temporary loss of revenue due to the COVID-19 crisis. Loans may be used for fixed debts, payroll, accounts payable, and other bills that cannot be paid due to the ongoing pandemic.
