Enhances the functioning of the U.S. judicial system by improving the quality of justice in state courts. Multifamily Housing Loan Guarantees

Seeks to increase the amount of affordable rental housing available in rural areas to individuals and families with low and moderate income. Offers loan guarantees to qualified private-sector lenders who provide financing to borrowers for the construction, acquisition, and improvement of multifamily rental housing units. Funds may also be used to purchase or improve land and to provide necessary infrastructure.

Provides licenses to newly formed, for-profit entities to operate as a Rural Business Investment Company (RBIC). Small Business Administration (SBA) Guaranteed Loans

Assists small businesses in securing loans to support their business operations. Rural Health Integration Models for Parents and Children to Thrive (IMPACT) Inactive

Funds to establish 3 demonstration projects to implement evidence-based 2-generational strategies addressing issues facing rural at-risk children, prenatal to age 3, and their parents, such as adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), maternal depression, mental health disorders, substance use disorder (SUD), opioid use, and related neonatal abstinence syndrome (NAS). Offers technical assistance, training, and support to demonstration sites to coordinate programs and services that support healthy childhood development and increase family economic opportunity.
